Many things can help your neck pain and we will discuss the most effective exercises in this blog post

Neck Stretches should be done while maintaining a good posture. Sit or stand nicely straight up and don’t slouch.

RETRACTION / CHIN TUCK
Slowly draw your head back so that your ears line up with your shoulders.
UPPER TRAP STRETCH
Begin by retracting your head back into a chin tuck position. Next, move your head towards one side with the help of your hand for light over pressure.
ROTATIONAL STRETCH WITH OVER PRESSURE
Turn your head to one side as far as you can and then use your same-side-hand to assist in turning the head further for a gentle stetch.
CERVICAL FLEXION
While lying on your back with a small rolled up towel under the curve of your neck and slowly lift your head up and forward as shown.
Book Openings
While lying on your side with your arms out-stretched in front of your body, slowly twist your upper body to the side and rotated your spine. Your arms and head should also be rotating along with the spine as shown. Follow your head with your hand.
