TRX Suspension Training



Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

TRX focuses on “TRX Foundational Movements”, basic elements of human performance. The system uses these building blocks to improve stability and mobility.


The Plank is at the top of the training pyramid for a good reason. The plank is incorporated in almost all of the TRX exercises, thus making it more of a full body routine. The Pull is key in helping with posture, by strengthening those muscle groups that improve our posture. The Hinge is the 3rd main movement, which can be used for stretching and is also part of many functional exercises
