Hamstring Tendinopathies Exercise progression part 3 of 4

This video is a progression of the previous exercise in part 2. We can not overstate the importance of working core and hamstrings together! if you have hamstring pain you need eccentric exercises for your hamstrings and you need to work on core activities. This exercise combines both!

 

Start by lying on your back and placing your feet on sliders. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground. Then extend one leg, with your hips off the ground. Now maintain that single bridge position while you slowly slide the other foot away from you. This is an advanced exercise and should not be started until the later part of your recovery process.
